BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chairman: Hazi Md. Shofiqul Islam, Retd. Chief Petty Officer, Bangladesh Navy, (Non-Commissioned). Hazi Md. Shofiqul Islam who served in Bangladesh navy and retired with good reputation because of his integrity and honesty. Last few years he has acquired thoughtful experience in organizing private security services in our country. He has been leading the Trans Guard BD Ltd from his experience, intelligence and religion belief.
Managing Director: Md. Farhadur Rashid worked in different diplomatic mission before he started the security company. First he joined with Acid Survivors Foundation as an intern officer. Then he joined to The British High Commission, Dhaka. He served in BHC as consular officer then finance officer. He left BHC in December 2015 and established the security company “Trans Guard BD Ltd”.
Mr. Farhadur Rashid Completed M.A. from Rajshahi University. He has earned diploma on Supply Chain Management under CIPS from United Kingdom. He participated several training on foreign affair and administration in Delhi, Bangkok, Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London, British Embassy in Paris.
Director: Ashifa Khatun has been a shareholder director of Trans Guard BD Ltd. since its commencement. She is a valuable member of the management team. She is responsible for financial mater, procurement and look after other administrative work of the company. She has completed MBA on Finance & Admin.
